What should I do if I can’t log in?

There is no need to worry if you can’t log in.

First of all, ensure that you use the correct username (usually your email address) and password. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” button before logging in for both publishers and advertisers.

Make sure that you’ve checked the Spam / Promotions inbox to find the confirmation link from IgniterAds.

In case the previous steps don’t help, please try the following options:

• Clean your browser’s cache/cookies and try to log in again
• If failed, simply try to do it in another browser

If none of those steps helped you log in, please contact us, attaching a screenshot of your problem (the error message should be seen clearly) and describing your issue in detail.
