What should I do if I can’t log in?

There is no need to worry if you can’t log in.

First of all, ensure that you are using the correct username (usually it is your email address) and password. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” button before logging in for both publishers and advertisers.

Make sure that you’ve checked the Spam / Promotions inbox to find the confirmation link from IgniterAds.

In case the previous steps won’t help please try the following options:

  • Clean your browser’s cache/cookies and try to log in again
  • If failed, simply try to do it in another browser

If none of those steps helped you to log in, please contact us, attaching a screenshot of your problem (the error message should be seen clearly) and describing your problem in detail.
